Discovery Consultation
We start with a focused conversation to understand your background, career goals, target roles, and any challenges you are facing. This is where we listen — and where we begin to see the full picture of your professional story.
You will walk away from this call with clarity on which services fit your needs and a clear plan for moving forward.
Deep-Dive Intake
Once we begin, you complete a detailed intake process that captures your full work history, accomplishments, leadership experiences, and career targets. This is the raw material we use to build your documents.
The more detail you provide, the stronger your final product. We guide you through every section so nothing important gets left out.
Strategy & Positioning
Before we write a single word, we develop your positioning strategy. We identify your unique value proposition, the keywords that matter for your target roles, and the narrative thread that will run through all of your career documents.
This step is what separates a Built to Lead resume from a generic one. Strategy first — always.
Document Development
We craft your resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, or other deliverables using your intake information and positioning strategy. Every document is written to communicate your leadership impact clearly and compellingly.
We write in your voice — not ours. The goal is a document that sounds like the best version of you.
Review & Refinement
You review the first draft and provide feedback. We incorporate your revisions and refine the documents until they accurately reflect your experience and meet your standards.
Every package includes at least one round of revisions. We are not done until you are confident in what you have.
Final Delivery & Next Steps
You receive your final documents in the formats you need, along with guidance on how to use them effectively in your job search. We also discuss any additional support — coaching, LinkedIn optimization, or interview prep — that can strengthen your campaign.
